Did you know your heart electromagnetic field is the biggest and most powerful field in your body? It can be measured several feet away from the body, and encompasses every single one of your cells.

So, how important is it for your health and sense of well-being to have the energy flowing freely through your heart field? I would say it is essential. That is what inspired us to create a workshop dedicated to expand, and activate your heart energy flow. That allows for you to reconnect to the intelligence and power your heart field holds.

Every trauma and wound you hold in your heart space blocks it's energy flow, constricting its ability to rebalance and rejuvenate your body and mind.

In our workshop, we will use the most cutting edge healing techniques (including Reiki, energetic clearings, BodyTalk, cacao healing properties, meditation, guided visualization and journeying) to help you:

* Connect you to your unique heart field;

* Recognize your heart's yeses and nos;

* Clear past traumas and wounds from your heart space;

* Remove heart constricting energies;

* Cut energetic cords from past relationships that are depleting your energy;

* Release heart blocks to restore the energy flow from and within the heart;

* Rebalance and rejuvenate your body-mind:

* Distress and build resilliance;

* Access positive emotions such as love, gratitude, and joy;

* Access the intelligence, and power of your heart;

* Activate your heart field capabilities, including intuition and human connection;

* Restore heart-mind interaction;
